Room for Improvement

Every time it rains, somehow, my feature bedroom wall becomes damp. The funny thing is my room is slap bang in the middle of the house the wall that gets damp isn't connected to an outer wall. Until now, this has been an absolute mystery and when I came in today to my mum in the loft cavities trying to find the leak...we did and its the smallest thing! Now all I have to do is wait and see whether it ruins my beautiful Laura Ashley wallpaper ~ ordered specially from the flagship store or do I get to redesign my room?

Here is my current room ...

On the top left picture you can see at the top the damp at the top of the wall... not good! I found loads of accessories in my room when I moved back home recently - I cleared out LOADS of stuff when I moved out of my flat! The chandelier , photo frame (bottom picture) and heart tealight holders and little jar are all from different charity shops. The tree light in the corner is from Ikea - but in bargain corner as it didn't have any spare bulbs or a box! Its called STRANNE and is meant to be £41.99 - I got it for £12.99! As you can see I have loads of photo frames and wall art - that some how haven't quite made it too the walls yet... the Keep Calm posters are from a little store in Covent Garden and the Banksy Girl with the heart balloon is from a market in Oxford.  As much as I love my room exactly how it is right now, when I started looking for new ideas, maybe a change wouldn't be such a bad thing?

Take a look at some of these ...

I'm in love with these and especially the last picture - grey room with the bird cage mirrors, its achievable anyway! Okay, so the third picture includes the amazing NY skyline but I can dream!
